Juicy J's Juice Wellness Market

Welcome to Juicy J's Juice Wellness Market. We take great care when preparing and packaging every order to help your products arrive as fresh and cold as possible.
Fresh Cold-Pressed Juice Shipping
Our juices are made fresh in small batches and are refrigerated or frozen before shipping to help preserve freshness during transit.
Perishable juice orders may be packaged with:
- Insulated shipping materials
- Food-safe insulation
- Frozen gel packs or ice packs
- Frozen juice bottles when necessary
Because our juices are perishable, expedited shipping may be required depending on the destination, weather conditions, and shipping schedule.
Processing Time
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Every order is handcrafted and prepared in the order it is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Schedule
To reduce the chance of perishable products sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, juice orders are generally shipped on:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
We generally do not ship perishable juice orders on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or major holidays unless a suitable expedited shipping option is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, package size, and selected shipping method.
Additional charges may apply for insulated packaging, frozen gel packs, expedited shipping, or oversized orders.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area and surrounding approved locations.
Local deliveries are generally completed on weekends. Delivery dates and time windows may vary based on order volume, weather, traffic, and availability.
Customers are responsible for being available during the agreed delivery window or providing clear delivery instructions.
Local Pickup
Customers who select local pickup will receive a confirmation by email, text message, or another approved contact method when the order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation. Pickup is available by appointment only.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and retrieving the package as soon as it is delivered.
Receiving Your Perishable Order
Someone should be available to receive the package whenever possible. Juice orders should not remain outside, in a mailbox, in direct sunlight, or in a warm location for an extended period.
Once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, Juicy J's Juice Wellness Market is not responsible for spoilage caused by:
- Packages left outside for an extended period
- Failure to refrigerate or freeze products promptly
- Incorrect delivery instructions
- Missed delivery attempts
- Customer absence
Warm or Partially Thawed Products
Frozen or chilled products may arrive partially thawed. This can be normal during transit.
Products should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Do not consume any product that appears spoiled, has an unusual odor, has a damaged safety seal, or appears unsafe.
Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, severely warm, or missing an item, contact us within 12 hours of confirmed delivery.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the outside shipping box
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged or affected products
Claims submitted without photographs or after the reporting period may not qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund review.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Juicy J's Juice Wellness Market is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of:
- An incorrect address
- A missing apartment or unit number
- An incorrect ZIP code
- An outdated address
- Incomplete delivery instructions
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be prepared or shipped again.
Carrier and Weather Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Juicy J's Juice Wellness Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may delay shipment when extreme temperatures or severe weather could affect the safety or quality of your order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our juices, sea moss gels, wellness shots, and other food and beverage products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits are not automatically guaranteed. Each reported issue will be reviewed individually.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
Food Safety and Storage
Upon receiving your order:
- Refrigerate or freeze products immediately
- Keep refrigerated products between 34°F and 40°F
- Shake juices well before drinking
- Remember that natural separation is normal
- Follow the storage and freshness instructions shown on the product label
- Consume opened juice within 24 hours
Our cold-pressed juices are raw and unpasteurized. Individuals who are pregnant, elderly, very young, immunocompromised, or living with a serious medical condition should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before consuming unpasteurized juice.
