At Juicy J’s Juice, every bottle is made fresh in small batches. We don’t keep a big inventory sitting on shelves because we want you to receive the freshest cold-pressed juices possible.
🥤 How Ordering Works
All orders are pre-order only.
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a prepaid invoice. Your order is not added to our production schedule until your invoice has been paid.
This helps us:
- Buy the freshest produce for every order
- Reduce food waste
- Prepare only what our customers have ordered
- Keep every bottle as fresh as possible
📅 Order Schedule
We currently operate around our full-time work schedule.
Pre-Orders Open
- Monday through Thursday
Order Cut-Off
- Thursday at 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Orders received after the weekly cutoff will be prepared the following production week.
🍎 Production Days
Your juices are freshly prepared after your order has been confirmed and paid.
Every bottle is:
- Freshly cold-pressed
- Bottled immediately
- Chilled and frozen to lock in freshness
- Stored safely until pickup, delivery, or shipping
We never make juices weeks ahead of time.
🚗 Local Delivery
We currently offer local delivery in:
- Cherokee County, SC
- Spartanburg County, SC
- Greenville County, SC
Delivery dates are typically available on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, depending on our route and schedule.
We’ll contact you to arrange your delivery window after your order has been completed.
Someone should be available to receive refrigerated products during the scheduled delivery time.
📍Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you with pickup instructions and a scheduled pickup time.
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window so your juices stay cold and fresh.
📦 Shipping
We also ship select products within our available shipping areas.
Our fresh juices are:
- Frozen immediately after production
- Packed in insulated shipping boxes
- Shipped with cold packs to help maintain freshness during transit
Because our juices are perishable, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as it arrives.
Place your juices in the refrigerator to thaw or keep them frozen until you’re ready to enjoy them.
❄️ Storage Instructions
Refrigerate immediately after thawing.
If your juices arrive frozen, simply place them in the refrigerator and allow them to thaw naturally.
For the best taste and freshness, enjoy your juices within the recommended refrigerated shelf life shown on the bottle.
💳 Payment Policy
Payment is required before production begins.
We accept secure online payments through the invoice we send after your order is placed.
Orders are not scheduled until payment has been received.
🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
Because every order is made fresh specifically for you, changes or cancellations must be requested before production begins.
Once your juices have entered production, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to work with our customers whenever we can.
